14. Refund Policy

Our digital products (Google Sheets templates) are delivered instantly after payment via Gumroad. Refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded, due to the digital nature of the content. Exceptions may apply only in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical issues preventing access. To request a refund, please contact us at clarityon.official@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction.
